Facial routines tend to be twice a day morning and evening before bed. Body routines daily unless you are working out mid day. Hand and Feet routines can be done daily or for closer attention and maintenance weekly.

If skin is sensitive and reacts badly be sure you aren't over cleansing, "skip the soap" and water washing only sometimes can correct. If not you may need specialty products for sensitive skin or suggested alternatives by your general practitioner or dermatologist.

Also note, this is more to outline "the order of the steps" to follow in a routine; if you are to do the following steps in an efficient routine. Skipping certain steps are one's own prerogative and when Optional is mentioned it is only for reference—if one does have that option in their routine.
Face[]

Cleanse
Splash warm water on your face. With a cleanser or alternatively a cleanser with cleansing brush, fine netting or wash cloth. Afterwards splash with warm water again and let dry or lightly pat dry.

Exfoliate and/or Mask (1-3 times a Week)
A facial scrub or scrub mask and gently exfoliate your face should be done only 1-3 times a week. Other masks also should be only done 1-3 times a week as well.
Moisturize
After cleansing and toning be sure to moisturize. If using a "wash off" moisturizer be sure to leave on for 30 mins before rinsing. If using other moisturizers allow 1-2 mins before applying makeup.
Cleanse
During a shower or bath add soap or shower gel to a Loofah, lather and rinse.

Exfoliate
Use a Friction Mitt or Body Brush to exfoliate and stimulate circulation in the skin. If needed scrub feet with a Pumice Stone to smooth out calluses and rough skin.

Moisturize
After your shower or bath, lightly towel dry leaving skin still damp and moisturize.
Bikini Area[]
The Bikini Area is a very sensitive skin area and can have has it's own routine all together or a step up from regular Body Maintenance.
Hair Removal (Optional)
Apply shaving cream or shaving product, shave and rinse. Unless you use a Hair Removal method that requires it's own routine.

Moisturize
After your shower or bath, lightly towel dry leaving skin still damp and moisturize. Refrain from using scented lotions on the bikini area.
Underarms[]
Underarms are a very sensitive skin area and can have their own routine all together or a step up from regular Body Maintenance.

Cleanse (Daily or Twice Daily)
Similar to body cleansing, however, anti-bacterial soaps can be used.

Exfoliate and/or Mask (2-3 times a Week)
Similar to body exfoliating, however, this should be done gently and only 2-3 times a week. Some practices use a baking soda scrub-mask up to twice a week.

Hair Removal (Optional)
Apply shaving cream or shaving product, shave and rinse. Unless you use a Hair Removal method that requires it's own routine.

Tone (Daily or Twice Daily)
Similar to facial toning, however, you may have a toner specifically in mind for the underarm area.

Deodorize (Daily)
Can be considered both deodorizing and moisturizing steps if a moisturizing deodorant is use.

Moisturize and/or Oil (After hair Removal and/or End of the Day)
Similar to body moisturizing, however, this can be done with butters or acne reducing moisturizers. Alternatively, oiling at the end of the day instead of using a Moisturizer or Butter.
Hands and Feet[]

Soak
During a shower, regular bath or nail soak (for hands) or foot bath (for feet).

Exfoliate
Scrub with a Pumice Stone to smooth out calluses and rough skin.
