Facial routines tend to be twice a day morning and evening before bed. Body routines daily unless you are working out mid day. Hand and Feet routines can be done daily or for closer attention and maintenance weekly.

Note:

If skin is sensitive and reacts badly be sure you aren't over cleansing, "skip the soap" and water washing only sometimes can correct. If not you may need specialty products for sensitive skin or suggested alternatives by your general practitioner or dermatologist.

Also note, this is more to outline "the order of the steps" to follow in a routine; if you are to do the following steps in an efficient routine. Skipping certain steps are one's own prerogative and when Optional is mentioned it is only for reference—if one does have that option in their routine.
