Ombré is a colour fade technique where hair goes from usually it's natural colour and gradually transitions into another. But can be two different dyed colours. Example: brown to blonde, black to bronze, etc. This is more advanced hair colouring and for best results go to the professionals.
Sombré[]
A colour fade technique where hair goes from it's natural colour and gradually transitions into another similar colour. Example. light blonde to platinum.
Balayage[]
An Ombré technique done freehand, feathered, with foils (Foilyage) or without foils (Balayage).
Reversed Ombré / Balayage[]
Reversed Ombré / Balayage is going from the lighter to the darker colour instead.
Ombré Highlights[]
Ombré highlights are smaller sections of hair using the Ombré technique.
Colour Melt[]
The flawless transition between two colours, this is a more advance technique to Ombré.
Mermaid or Unicorn Coloured Hair[]
Bright or pastel colours with ombré effect(s).
Oil Slick[]
Rainbow colours over darker or dark hair with ombré effect(s).
Tortoiseshell[]
A mixture of ranging shades of gold to dark brown done in balayage or ombré techniques.
Spashlights[]
A combination of ombre and highlighting a section of your hare horizontally rather than vertically. This creates a halo effect in the bang, around the crown, etc.
